Nikki LaMonica has been with us since 2023 and is one of our incredible Orthodontic Ambassadors—better known as our jack of all trades ☺️
With an impeccable work ethic and a can-do attitude, Nikki is an essential part of our team and is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed (usually with a laugh along the way).
Outside the office, Nikki is a proud mom of two: her daughter Cass (19), who attends Flagler College in St. Augustine, and her son Ty (17), who is still in high school. She’s married to Dan LaMonica, a University of Maryland lacrosse alum.
In her spare time, Nikki loves to travel, surf, go horseback riding, spend beach days, and truly live life to the fullest. Her positive energy, dedication, and sense of humor make her a favorite among both patients and teammates.

Chelsea joined team dental at Benkovich Orthodontics in March 2019 as an Orthodontic Assistant. She graduated from a three year dental program CAT-South in 2006. SInce than she has actively workied in the dental field for the last sixteen years. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and pup. Chelsea loves spending any moment she can traveling or relaxing on the beach.
